LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT
Through our approved Chartered Management Institute Centre, management and leadership qualifications can be studied in a variety of formats and delivered by our experienced team.
All leadership and management qualifications can be taken as an award, certificate, or a diploma.
Our qualifications set out a journey of progression, delivering professional learning that equips learners with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to progress in their management career.
The qualifications are developed by experts who work directly with businesses, so you can have the confidence that you are gaining up to date, relevant and desirable skills.
All learners automatically become student members of the Chartered Management Institute and can access a range of academic, pastoral and wellbeing resources to support them through their study.

BUSINESS AND ADMINISTRATION
These qualifications cover the essentials of business administration, from event support to project management, enabling the learner to provide administrative support in a range of environments. There are options for those who are new to the job, as well as those with more experience.
Level 2 will suit you if you are working in or want to work in a business support role. You're interested in learning how to carry out every day administrative tasks.
There are two qualifications available at Level 2:
Certificate in Principles of Business and Administration
Diploma in Business Support.
Depending on the size of qualification you choose, you complete several mandatory units, including:
Principles of personal responsibilities and working in a business environment
Principles of providing administrative services
Principles of managing information and producing documents.
You also choose from a range of optional units, including:
Principles of supporting change in a business environment
Principles of working in the public sector
Principles of project management
Principles of contributing to innovation and change.
